We have extended our returns policy to 30 days as we appreciate that, due to self-isolation and social distancing, it might not be possible to return packages as usual. However, if you’re still worried about your return, please get in touch with customer service and we will be more than happy to find the best solution for you.
We want every customer to consider their Abbott Lyon 100% Insta-worthy, but we understand this can't always be the case.
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days, based on the following terms and conditions;
Non-personalised items
Watches, jewellery, accessories and clothing should be in a resellable condition; unworn, original tags or protective stickers intact, no marks, no makeup.
Personalised items
As engraving and embossed items are bespoke for each customer, they are non-refundable or returnable, unless we have made an error.
Exchanges and refunds
Items which have already been exchanged cannot be returned
Items returned outside of these periods may be refunded/exchanged at our discretion - please contact us.
