    Hi, I am getting extremely concerned now with my order, number 19483 I placed last Thursday 20th July with a 2/3 tracked delivery turn around and I have contacted you the last couple of days by email, again today by email and Facebook message and not had a response. I have still not received this order and I have spoken with the Royal Mail and they have not even received this, only the the pre advice was given Thursday 20th as well, there for I should have received this by Monday of this week, but Royal Mail have indicated that you have not actually sent the order for delivery. Please can you respond to me and let me know what is going on with regards to my order, as the money has also been taken from my account. I am getting really frustrated that nobody is coming back to me with a response or to help and tell me what has happened.
